Description:
This project consisted of a 4600SF addition to the Furniture Shop facility on campus. The existing facility was to remain open and fully functional during this addition. This project involved extending the existing metal building and construction of new retaining walls and new electrical service as well as a new fire alarm system.
Correlation: Recent, UF-Housing Minor Projects CM project, Highlights our ability to handle renovation projects in an occupied facility. Also highlights our expertise in the construction and modification of pre-engineered metal buildings. Five proposed team members worked on this project.
