Description:
This project consists of a complete HVAC renovation of four buildings in an occupied facility. This project includes installation of a new air cooled chiller and new pre-insulated chilled water piping to all four existing buildings. New mechanical rooms were constructed adjacent to the existing buildings to house the new air handler units. The scope of work also included an electrical upgrade to accommodate the new equipment. New ceilings and complete painting were also a part of this project.
