Description:
This project consisted of a 15,000 SF pre-engineered metal building with office, conference, bathroom and laboratory space. This project was fast tracked with the initial purchase order covering only the concrete and metal buildings. This allowed us to release the metal buildings several weeks in advance of the design being completed. This fast track process saved two months in overall project duration.
