Description:
This project consisted of the complete removal and replacement of all roof top equipment as well and the installation of a completely new built up roof system in an occupied facility. The complicating factors included extensive roof top exhaust fans, fume hood stacks, condensing units and electrical equipment. The project was phased in such a way that the disruption to the owner would be minimized. Upper level roof involved the removal and replacement of lightweight concrete.
