Description:          
This project consisted of the removal and replacement of refrigeration equipment in an occupied and operating meats lab facility. We installed new roof top equipment racks to receive the new roof top equipment. New evaporators were installed inside of the walk in freezers. This project was completed over a week long break in classes to avoid disrupting the ongoing operations of the facility.

Correlation:  Recent, UF-IFAS Minor Projects CM project, Typical type of project that could be expected for UF Minor Projects.  Highlights our ability to coordinate work inside of an occupied facility and our flexibility to work inside of the constraints of the University and user group.
