Description:
This project consisted of a complete build out of a previous constructed shell building. This project included a complete new chilled water HVAC system with 100% OA for laboratory usage. Included new casework, fume food, specific use hood, new windows and doors in existing CMU walls, new sidewalks and site fencing.
