Description: This project scope of work involves three buildings. One 7200 SF Pre-engineered metal building, with five open bays for equipment storage, two shop area bays and an enclosed office, bathroom and conference area. The second building is a 2,000 SF onsite residence constructed of block and brick, the residence will house four research associates. The third building is a 900 SF concrete block head house that will be used to support research activities in a newly constructed greenhouse.
